For organizations that are looking to implement large-scale change, we offer customized programs that include an assessment and analysis strategy, implementation of the suggested strategies identified in the assessment plan, and continual monitoring and follow-up assessments of the implemented changes.  These packages are comprehensive in nature and outcomes driven, and so they often include assessments, coaching and trainings, and outcomes analyses. 

 

As an example, a sample project may include a Climate and Culture Assessment that leads to the writing of grants for additional financial support, the coaching of several staff members, organization-wide trainings, and constantly evolving guided support based upon a frequent analysis of data.
